Hughes’ lecture analyzes current events from a political science and historical perspective, examining technocracy and transhumanism, which have their roots in Nazism and eugenics, among other things.
Omniwar, a term coined by David A. Hughes, is described as a modern form of war that differs significantly from conventional conflicts like World War I or II. It involves “the weaponization of everything,” including finances, possessions, and law, and is characterised by a technological revolution in digital and biotechnology that could lead to the weaponisation of minds and bodies.
Contextualising the Omniwar: The Crisis of the Pre-2020 Status Quo David A. Hughes’s presentation, titled “Resisting the Global Technocratic Coup, Seeing the Bigger Picture,” begins by contextualising developments since 2020 by examining the pre-2020 status quo. He argues that four control mechanisms had entered a crisis leading up to 2020:
- Neoliberal Economics: This system generated “historically unprecedented levels of wealth inequality,” with 38% of global wealth growth between 1995 and 2021 accruing to the richest 1% of the population, leading to widespread social unrest and protests in 35 countries in 2019. Hughes refers to this as a “dangerously lopsided oligarchic capitalism in terminal decline”.
- International Monetary and Financial System: This system had been in crisis since 2008, with institutions like BlackRock (in 2019) and the Bank of England’s governor (in August 2019) acknowledging that conventional policies would be insufficient for the next downturn and that “the center of the international monetary and financial system won’t hold”.
- Propaganda System: The traditional “manufacturing of consent” was undermined by the rise of independent media and citizen journalism, allowing more people to “see through the big lies.” The “Russian disinformation narrative” of 2016 is presented as a “pretext for censorship” and a sign of “narrative control… starting to slip away”.
- “War on Terror” Security Paradigm: While used to legitimise aggressive military measures abroad and repressive emergency measures at home, a proliferation of terror attacks between 2015 and 2017 did not lead to increased social control but rather to more socially progressive transnational protests, culminating in worldwide protests in 2019.
The Paradigm Shift: The Great Reset and Technocracy Given the crisis in the existing control system, 2020 marked a “paradigm shift”. The “so-called pandemic” was used as a pretext for a “top-down revolution on a global scale” — the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, aiming to “remake all of society in the preferred image of the ruling class”. The new control paradigm is technocracy, which, while conceptualised in the 1930s, is now feasible due to “smart technologies”. Under technocracy:
- Capitalism will be replaced by a centrally managed economy where everything and everyone is digitally monitored and controlled.
- An all-digital financial system, exemplified by Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), will give central banks direct control over exchange.
- Democracy will be replaced by “AI enabled scientific management of society,” similar to a “Chinese style social credit scoring system”. This vision describes a “novel biodigital form of totalitarianism” and the transformation of society into a “digital concentration camp”.
Omniwar as World War III: A Clandestine Global Class War Hughes argues that sociopolitical and economic change on the scale of the Great Reset has historically only been possible through world war, leading him to conclude that the world is now in World War III, which assumes the form of a “global class war” since the WHO pandemic declaration of 2020. This “Omniwar” is waged “across every domain of life but clandestinely,” so the public does not recognise it. It is a war “waged by the few against the many,” a “proportionately minuscule transnational ruling class” seeking to subjugate humanity. It can also be seen as a “global counterinsurgency campaign” where “dissidents” replace “terrorists” as the enemy. The Omniwar is a “stealth war,” designed to remain hidden to prevent mass resistance. Its unprecedented nature, the use of “military-grade perception management techniques,” invisible or classified weapons, and its sheer scale make it difficult to comprehend.
The Weaponisation of Everything The Omniwar entails the weaponisation of various aspects of life:
- Mind and Brain: This includes “psychological warfare operations,” NATO’s cognitive warfare doctrine (using technology to alter cognition without awareness), social media for data harvesting and manipulation, electromagnetic warfare (e.g., Havana syndrome), and “direct neurological warfare”.
- Healthcare: Since 2020, healthcare has been weaponised through the deprivation of necessary services (resulting in “public health as death by stealth” and dramatically increased waiting times), disturbing imagery in COVID-19 vaccines, declines in birth rates, and massive increases in reported serious adverse reactions post-vaccine rollout.
- Environment and Food: This includes the “great poisoning” from substances like glyphosate, “forever chemicals,” harmful food additives (e.g., high-fructose corn syrup, aspartame), and fluoride in water, which can lower IQ in children. There are also concerns about manufactured water shortages, the World Economic Forum’s agenda for synthetic meat and insects, attacks on farmers and food manufacturing plants, and eugenicists becoming major owners of US farmland to control the food supply.
- Financial System: Characterised by “punishing levels of inflation” driven by increased money supply, higher energy costs due to manufactured shortages, and financial censorship of dissidents (e.g., freezing bank accounts of the Freedom Convoy).
- Information: Manifests as widespread censorship, shadow banning, “freedom of speech but not reach,” self-appointed fact-checkers, and governments positioning themselves as the “single source of truth”.
- Law and Order: Involves transnational police brutality against dissidents, draconian legislation to expand police powers, clamp down on protests, limit journalism, and regulate the internet, along with “lawfare” to intimidate dissidents.
- Migration: “Historically unprecedented levels of migration from non-western countries into the West” are seen as a destabilising transnational phenomenon.
- Religion: Specifically, Christianity in the West, is under attack through church complicity with the COVID-19 agenda, satanic messaging in popular culture, and transhumanist fantasies.
- Entertainment Industry: Hollywood and the music industry are described as “militarized propaganda apparatuses,” with many household names having military connections.
- Children: The “war on children” involves COVID restrictions impacting learning, trauma from being treated as “biohazards,” increased domestic violence and PTSD from lockdowns, and the targeting of children for “dangerous experimental injections.” There is also evidence of a worldwide pedophile network reaching into the highest levels of power.
Technological Foundations of Omniwar: Network-Centric Warfare and Biodigital Convergence The Omniwar leverages advanced technologies, particularly:
- Network-Centric Warfare: This concept, dating back to the late 1990s, places “information networks at the center of our war fighting,” using systems like the Global Information Grid to integrate sensors, command centres, and weapon platforms. It’s increasingly powered by AI, seen in projects like Maven (integrating geospatial imagery, location data, social media for real-time battlefield analysis) and deployed by the IDF to identify targets. The “most disturbing aspect” is the potential for automated kill decisions, where AI-powered systems could identify and detonate payloads without human intervention.
- Biodigital Convergence: This is the concept of connecting human brains and bodies to an “external control network,” described as the “nano bio info cogno era” (NBIC). This vision is becoming a reality through the “internet of bio nano things,” which involves creating intracorporeal nano networks capable of communicating with the internet. While often marketed under a healthcare pretext, Hughes argues its origins and development (with NASA, US Army, CIA, DARPA) point to it being a national security objective.
- Weaponised Neurotechnology: The brain is seen as the “21st-century battlescape,” where neurotechnology can “assess, predict, and control particular cognitions, emotions, and behaviors,” “mitigate aggression,” “foster cognitions… of affiliation or passivity,” or “incur burdens of morbidity, disability or suffering,” and even “induce mortality”. This involves placing “minimal-sized electrodes in a network within a brain” to “read and write into the brain function in real time remotely”.
- Delivery Mechanisms: These technologies can be delivered via “syringe injectable neurotech” (e.g., using graphene to cross the blood-brain barrier, as explored by DARPA in 2019, coincidentally before the “universal vaccination campaign”). Another possibility is “smart dust,” which are “nano swarm of biopenetrable materials that you cannot see” but can enter the body through various membranes and make their way to the brain, becoming weaponised and difficult to detect. Potential delivery mechanisms for smart dust or sensors include injections, GMO mosquitoes, bio-engineered food, and “stratospheric aerosol injection” (chemtrails).
- Remote Control Networks: Concerns are raised about **5G “
